All drivers carry cellular phones and remain in contact with our warehouse throughout the delivery process. In the unlikely event of schedule changes, delays, unfavorable road conditions, or traffic delays, our drivers can call our customers to give them up to date information and confirm arrival times.
To ensure the highest level of customer service, OSI team members are in direct communication with the manufacturer. Through online tracking, delivery dates to our facility are established soon after an order is placed. When new furniture arrives in our warehouse, it is immediately received, inspected for damages, and then staged for final delivery. Most orders are delivered to our customers the very next day. Our delivery team is dispatched from our 20,000 square foot warehouse, located just off Interstate 81 in Hagerstown, MD.
Deliveries outside of the Quad-State area are handled through our network of participating office furniture dealers. Your sales representative will work to closely with our local partner to ensure you get a consistent, professional delivery no matter where your other locations may be.
