Landis Relocation Project
Dear Todd,I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the OSI personnel involved with the office furniture installation project at Cinetic Landis Corp's new Hagerstown, Maryland facility.
The two part project consisted of the assembly and installation of new furniture and the dis-assembly, moving and re-assembly / installation of existing furniture from our former Waynesboro, Pennsylvania office.
Throughout the project, the OSI personnel exhibited a positive, professional attitude and, in the face of several unforeseen delays, were always willing to do whatever was necessary to meet our original scheduled completion date of Sunday, July 13, 2008.
As a result of their excellent effort, we were able to welcome our 90 office personnel from Waynesboro on Monday morning, July 14, as scheduled. This "event free" transfer of our personnel was due in no small part to the performance of the OSI staff.

SHARP Copiers
John,I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the work that Mark Taylor of your organization has performed for the Enterprise Computing Center / Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over the past two days.
The two part project consisted of the assembly and installation of new furniture and the dis-assembly, moving and re-assembly / installation of existing furniture from our former Waynesboro, Pennsylvania office.
Specifically, Mark had initially planned on dealing with one copier. However, during his visit we had three additional copiers that required unexpected service.
It should be noted that, although ill and under doctor's orders to remain home, rest and take prescribed medication, Mark returned the next day in order to complete his work at our organization which greatly assisted us in completing several mission-critical exercises.
The IRS and myself serving as National Copier Program coordinator want to say thanks to Mark for his efforts and to your organization for having the keen eye to employ such a dedicated employee.
Again John, many thanks. Please extend this thanks to Mark Taylor as well for his assistance in ensuring that our mission was met.
